Earlier this month, the T.J. Martell Foundation celebrated Rae Krenn, everyone's favorite hostess at The Palm in downtown Nashville, by presenting her with the first ever Sunshine Award. As a testament to the power of Krenn's positivity and impact on her community, the T.J. Martell Foundation has decided to rename the award - the Rae Krenn Sunshine Award.

The T.J. Martell Foundation has bestowed the first-ever Sunshine Award to The Palm Restaurant's Rae Krenn. Music City's "hostess with the mostess" was to receive the award in April during the Nashville Comedy Festival, but due to the pandemic, the event was forced to cancel.

T.J. Martell Foundation Announces Drink Wine - Cure Cancer

The T.J. Martell Foundation for Cancer Research has partnered with Olé & Obrigado, artisan wine makers from Spain and Portugal, for the Drink Wine – Cure Cancer promotion. When everything else in our lives has been cancelled, unfortunately cancer has not.  The partners have created an innovative virtual event to replace one of the Foundation’s Best Cellar dinners, one of their popular annual events.

Martell Foundation’s biggest supporters on Monday evening (Feb. 24) during the 12th Annual Nashville Honors Gala. The night recognized Dr. Jordan Berlin, Patrick G. Emery, Laurie and Jim Seabury, Amy Grant and Clint Higham while raising $1 million for cancer research.

Martell in Miami Gala for Cancer Research Raises Record-Breaking Funds, Honors Top Music Executives

Close to $500,000 was raised for cancer research at the fourth annual Martell in Miami gala which took place Feb. 19, honoring WK Entertainment CEO/founder Walter Kolm and UMPG President for Latin America & US Latin Alexandra Lioutikoff. The amount was more than the past two years combined, making this a major show of force for an industry that has seen its fortunes grow exponentially in the past couple of years.

The T.J. Martell Foundation 44th Annual New York Honors Gala was held October 15, 2019 at Cipriani New York, where Atlantic Records’ Michael Kushner, BMI’s Mike O’Neill and the Country Music Association’s Sarah Trahern were the stars of the evening. Comedian Bill Bellamy hosted the event and Trisha Yearwood and BeBe Winans were presenters. Chris Young and Pink Sweat$ both performed at the sold-out ceremony.

T.J. Martell Foundation Hosts 10th Annual LA Family Day

The T.J. Martell Foundation recently hosted its 10th Annual LA Family Day at The Grove. Hosted by Nickelodeon’s All That star Josh Server, the outdoor event with carnival-like activities brought together over 400 guests to raise money for the foundation’s cancer research programs at flagship hospitals like Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

The T.J. Martell Foundation hosted it’s 11th annual Nashville Honors Gala on Feb. 25, raising almost $500,000 for cancer research.

This year’s honorees, which included Alabama, Sally Williams and more, were treated to performances by Brad Paisley, Home Free, Old Crow Medicine Show, Amy Grant and Michael McDonald. Charlie Daniels, Jamey Johnson, Charles Esten and more were on hand for the celebration.
